CHAPTER-1

　　Lydia's P.O.V.

　　Leaving the office i went to parking lot to take my car.

　　Today is Friday tomorrow I am leaving for my home town to spend my weekend with my family.

　　The fact is that I am not so eager to go there as my mom will pester me for marriage

　　I know, I am 29 and it is right time for the marriage but I don't want to marry some random people.

　　But as like typical moms my mom is pestering me for last one year.

　　Next day

mountain town

　　I enter into the home to find my grand mom sitting in the living room.

　　"Hi sweety,How have you been?" my grand mom asked.

　　"Fab gramma" I replied with a big smile.

　　After death of my grandpa my grandma stay with us and I can't deny that she is the first and best friend of mine.

　　I hear footstep coming from the stairs and my younger sister Lyla come running.

　　"Hey sis, what's up" and give me a high five.

　　My younger brother Jack come from his room.

　　"Hey sis welcome home"and give me a smirk.

　　I look and my grandma and mouthed what happened?she didn't reply.

　　I ask Lyla where is mom and she sign toward the kitchen.

　　I walk toward the kitchen and found my mom busy in kitchen.

　　"Mom" she look at me and give me a tight hug.

　　How much I ignore to come home because of her pestering to marry but I love her I can't deny that.

　　"Missed you, mom"my mom look at me with disappointment

　　"Really, then why didn't you come home last two month. you even didn't call regularly."

　　"Sorry, I was busy mom. You know I am just promoted and trying to cope up with my new work"my mom sighs.

　　Actually my dad is a business man and a well known in our town.

　　He is trying to convince me to work in his company and my mom also want that as I won't have to leave home

　　but I stubborn like always leave home and went to city to do something on my own

　　Ignoring the topic i asked"where is,dad?"

　　"Like always in his office, If you have taken his position....."

　　"Not again,mom"I say ignoring her words

　　"Oh by the way,what are you doing this early in the kitchen? where are the other servants?

　　"Oh tonight we invite some old friend of your father. they are coming for dinner"

　　"Oh, OK. I am going to my room to freshen up.see you later."

　　I enter my room and freshen up I change in a crop top and jeans and went downstairs and chat with my grandma for a long time

　　then give my siblings the gifts they asked for due to I promoted

　　after lunch I went out to meet my friends

　　Normally I spend most of my time with my childhood friend daisy but she is now not in home and will back tomorrow

　　So I will have to wait till tomorrow

　　Actually daisy and i work in the same company and live in the same apartment in town

　　Whenever i came home she also come with me

　　but this time she went to visit her grandma as she is sick

　　So i return home and went to kitchen and pick some snack and sit to watch Netflix

　　Watching tv alone is boring but i know my siblings will join soon also my grandma

　　So i wait for them but today i became so much surprised that no one came

　　After watching for one hour i became bore so decide to return to my room

　　While returning i meet my mom

　　"Lydia baby i told you na your father's friend are coming. they will be here in a hour go get ready and wear something nice"

　　I return to my room and go through my closet to choose something to wear and choose a simple light blue dress and apply some light makeup.
